APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION POLICY

Your scheduled appointments are precious, so we kindly request that you inform us of any cancellations at least 24 hours before your visit. We understand that unexpected issues may arise, necessitating a cancellation. If this occurs, please notify us as soon as possible, enabling us to offer the time slot to another patient.
In order to prevent incurring a $100 cancellation fee, we kindly request that you cancel any scheduled appointments with a minimum of 24 hours' notice.
Failure to attend an appointment after confirming your booking will result in a $100 cancellation fee being applied.
