Appointment Cancellation Policy

Northern Beaches Skin Cancer Clinic appreciate your business and want to make sure you get the most out of your experience with us. 

When you cancel an appointment less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment, you are depriving someone else of their appointment time and possibly causing a disruption in their schedule. 

To accommodate all patients, our cancellation policy is designed to reduce the number of last-minute cancellations. Your scheduled appointments are valuable and we ask for your cooperation by notifying us of a cancellation at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled visit.

We understand that unplanned issues can arise, and you may need to cancel an appointment. If this is the case, please notify us as soon as possible so we can offer this time slot to another patient. 

We respectfully ask that scheduled appointments be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid our cancellation fee*.

* NBSCC cancellation fee is $100.00.
